Scored vintage mohair at church sale!

So, I got my butt up early this morning so I could be at the church sale when it opened, was looking all over and they really didn't have much in the way of crafts. There was one table that had a bunch of crochet thread, ribbon and a lot of cross stitch patterns. I didn't see any thing exciting.

I went about looking at clothes, books, house wares, and found a few things, but as I was thinking about leaving I decided to take one last look around the crafts table and in a box shoved under the table I pulled out an old Higbee's bag with 10 skeins of Vintage Spinnerin Frostlon Petite in cotton candy pink!

I couldn't believe it! It a mohair orlon blend and it's super soft. I had a bag I had been putting all of my items in and the church was "by donation", so you're supposed to offer what you feel it's worth, so I paid $10 for my bag of goodies!

I think I'm a Ravelry addict...

I have to say it's been two month since we got internet and I can't stay off Ravelry.com. I search for patterns and put my two cents in all over they place, and I swear the Knit Picks Lovers group keeps tempting me to spend money I don't have.

Then there are people who keep talking about Doctor Who, and of course I am completely out of the loop and I had to ask 'Dr. "Who"?', so now I too want to make a Doctor Who scarf, which I might only have half the yarn needed, and I need yarn like I need a hole in the head. But, as soon as I have a few extra bucks and Joann's has Vanna's Choice on sale, I will be all over it!

I now have posted 59 projects and I have 32 waiting in my queue. And, then the question comes down to: Do I really need to make a Fish Hat -YES! Yes, I do.

So, Hello my name is Jenna, and I am a Ravelry/Knitting/Crafting addict!
