I'm so excited to finally release Frankie the Candy Monster! With a small delay I was working as fast as I could to be able to release him in plenty of time for Halloween and my October Monster joint KAL with Diane of the Knitabulls podcast.
Frankie is available for download on Ravelry, and features fun and colorful yarns from Dancing Dog Dyeworks!
Works In Progress Octopus Mittens by Emily Peters in Dancing Dog Dyeworks, Flamenco DK "Release my Kraken" & "Bright Tropical Blue" Per Orla Dishcloth by Kay Gardiner in Sugar In Cream, Cotton "Softly Taupe" & Warm Brown" and Bernat, Handicrafter Cotton "Grass" Hitchhiker by Martina Behm in Into the Whirled, Ulundi Sock "Captain Tightpants"
I had every intention of releasing my next pattern today, unfortunately the yarn to finish my main sample has not arrived. My poor guy is sitting here looking at me, wondering why he is not finished. If I only could explain that it's not me, the postal system is just not fast enough.
It looks like the yarn should be here tomorrow, or Thursday at the vary latest. As soon as the yarn arrives I will finish him up, and the pattern will be out ASAP!
I'm so excited to work with Tangled, a webzine, to bring you Toy Robots Softies aka Stanley & Sophie the Shy Little Robots! And, I have to admit I was super excited when I saw my little robots were featured on the "cover"!

I'm not sure why the name of the pattern was changed, but I put both names in the patterns listing on Ravelry. The robot pattern is for purchase on Tangled's website for $5. Tangled has exclusive rights to the pattern until they archive it, which I was told is usually 6 months. After that the pattern will be available through my pattern page on Ravelry as well as Tangled.
