First thing I tried was the Pear Tatin. The pears were soft and slightly chewy, and just perfect. The almond were simple and enjoyable. The yogurt covered sunflower seeds were ok, I didn't hate them but they also didn't do much for me. Lastly the raspberry infused cranberries were just ok, I would have liked plain cranberries much better. I set this one as "Like" because I did like it, but I didn't love it. It came in at 4 Weight Watchers points.
I than had the Wee Bonnie Oatbakes. I wanted to like these, I really did. The little oatbake crackers were really gritty to me, and I didn't like them at all on their own. As for the caramelized onion marmalade, it was way too oniony and over powering for me. I trashed this one. 3 WW points.
Next up I had the Walnut & Vanilla Truffle. It was delicious! The best was when I'd put a few different pieces together and eat them. The walnuts were perfect, and the vanilla pumpkin seeds were subtle but tasty. The raisins were soft and sweet. But the fudge pieces were the best! I set this one as "Love". 5 WW points.
Last was the Black Pepper Pistachios. I ended up eating these last because I thought they'd be nothing special. I was wrong. They were super tasty, and they black pepper really added a wonderful flavor to the nuts. When I was finished I was left wanting more! I set them as "Like", but I might en up changing it to "Love".
Overall another great box! I look forward to #3!
